We understand that life can be unpredictable - business meetings, travel delays, illness, and other unforeseen events do arise. To provide fair and efficient service to all of our clients and to respect our therapists' time, we've adopted the following policies:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full to the credit card on file.

 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee still applies, regardless of actual time received.

Rescheduling within 1 hour of your scheduled service is considered a late reschedule and will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Two cancellations within 30 days will result in a change to your booking status. You will no longer be able to schedule in advance and will only be seen as a same-day client, if availability allows.

 

A “no-show” is when a client misses an appointment without calling to cancel. No-shows will be charged the full session fee, future appointments will be canceled, and no further services will be provided until payment is made.
