We understand that life can be unpredictable—business meetings, travel delays, illness, and other unforeseen events can arise. To ensure fair and efficient service for all clients and to respect our therapists’ time, we have established the following policies:​​​​


A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full to the credit card on file.

 

Late Arrivals - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or canceled to avoid disrupting other appointments. The full session fee will still apply, regardless of the time received.

 

Repeated Cancellations Two cancellations within 30 days will result in a change to the booking status. Clients will no longer be able to schedule appointments in advance and will be seen only on a same-day basis, subject to availability.

 

No-shows will be charged the full session fee, all future appointments will be canceled, and no additional services will be provided until the balance is paid. A “no-show” occurs when a client misses an appointment without providing notice.
